How to install an application from Marketplace?

The easiest way to install an application is to do it from a Marketplace.

• Open the Zendesk Marketplace page in your browser. Find an application you need by entering a name of the app to the search field:

• Open the app’s page and click the “Free trial” button.
• If you want to restrict access to the application for certain users or reduce its cost (for some apps) please read the article “How to restrict access to any application for certain users” and make some additional actions before the next step.

• Then fill in your company's information and click “Proceed to payment”. If you install the application for the first time you will not be charged during a trial period.
