How to enable push notifications?

Push notifications are small popup windows in your browser. They inform agents about any updates for their tickets or other events.

1. Click the application's icon on the navigation bar at the top of the window.
2. Click Edit in the application’s interface.
3. Scroll to the Notifications section of the application’s config.
4. Activate web push notifications with a switch.
5. Allow the browser to open a popup window.
6. Allow the browser to send push notifications.
