As has been announced by WhatsApp: "A new multi-device WhatsApp version allows using WhatsApp on Web, Desktop, and other devices by linking them to your phone. Your phone doesn’t need to stay online to use WhatsApp on linked devices"
To make sure your phone is successfully connected to Multi-device version, please check the steps below:
1. Make sure your WhatsApp on the phone is updated to the latest version;
2. In WhatsApper for Zendesk open account settings, unlink the phone, switch to Multi-device mode, re-scan the QR-code and Save.
