Dear clients, recently we ran a major update and maintenance of Instagramer that led to verification requests on many accounts. We've noticed that some accounts were sent offline.
To restore the connection visit Admin Center >> Apps and Integrations >> Channel apps >> Instagramer >> check "Inactive accounts" drop-down list:
If your accounts are inactive, activate them back using gears.
After that, please, click on your active account, scroll down and Save the settings for the account.
However, if you noticed that some accounts keep disconnecting or cannot successfully pass the verification, please reach our support. We do our best to fix these issues asap and stabilise the integrations, however, it may take some time.
We're truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and we just ask you for a bit of patience. We're working on a fix and will push it as soon as possible!
