To request customer satisfaction in the apps like Instagramer or Vkontakter please follow the steps:
1) mark ticket in Zendesk as "Solved";
2) send the client the placeholder: {{satisfaction.rating_url}}
The URL to rate the support will be sent to the client as an active link.
