- Install the OAPPS Comments for TikTok from Zendesk Marketplace.
To avoid card entering during the trial, please use the coupon code NOCC during the installation: - Log in to your TikTok account. Make sure it's switched to business.
- Go to your Zendesk Admin Center → Apps and Integrations -> Channel Apps → OAPPS Comments for TikTok
- Switch to the Accounts tab and click Add Account

Give a name to the account and click Continue with Tiktok - a TikTok access authorization page will open in a new window (Please allow pop-ups) :

Grant permissions to access your TikTok account - you will be redirected back to Zendesk after clicking Authorize
- From here, you can add tags, email (for notifications of server maintenance, for example), and ticket subject prefixes. You can also go ahead and skip this step for now and add these details later.
- Click on CREATE
The app will start scanning your account for video comments within the next 15 minutes. Only new comments will be loaded after we index your videos.
Activity and Subscription tabs
With this tab, you can check your account activity, like the date of integration creation and update or a number of received comments during the last 24 hours:
The Subscription tab shows your current plan and limits. From here, you can also modify your subscription plan or the data related to the subscription (like company address). To do this, click on "OAPPS Billing Portal" (in red). Please use your subscription email to access the billing portal. For more details, please visit: What can I do via the billing portal?
