🔗 How to сonnect TikTok to Zendesk?

This article will guide you through the process of connecting your TikTok account to Zendesk using TikTok Connect by oapps.io. This integration allows you to receive comments from TikTok directly into Zendesk and respond via Zendesk.

1. Install the TikTok Connect by oapps.io from Zendesk Marketplace. 
   Tip: During installation, use the coupon code NOCC to avoid entering card details during the trial period:
    
2. Log in to your TikTok account. Make sure it's switched to business account. 
3. Navigate to your Zendesk Admin Center → Apps and Integrations → Channel Apps → OAPPS Comments for TikTok
4. Switch to the Accounts tab and click Add Account
   
5. Give the account a name and select the account type:
   - General is a TikTok Business account that allows brands to engage organically with followers;
   - Advertisement is a TikTok account that is designed for running paid campaigns and promotions:
   
6. Click Continue with Tiktok - a TikTok access authorization page will open in a new window (Please allow pop-ups) :
   
7. Grant permissions to access your TikTok account. After clicking Authorize, you will be redirected back to Zendesk.
   
8. From here, you can add tags, email (e.g., for server maintenance notifications), and ticket subject prefixes. You can skip this step for now and add these details later.
9. Click on CREATE
    

The app will start scanning your account for video comments within the next 15 minutes. Please note that after your videos are indexed, only new comments will be loaded. 

Activity and Subscription tabs

The Activity tab allows you to check your account's activity, such as the date of integration creation and update or the number of comments received during the last 24 hours:

The Subscription tab displays your current plan and limits. From here, you can also modify your subscription plan or the data related to the subscription (like your company address).
