How to like or hide a TikTok comment from Zendesk?

When you receive a TikTok comment to your Zendesk as a ticket, you can like or hide it directly from Zendesk.

For this, clink on "Apps" on the right sidebar -> select TikTok Connect app -> the corresponding comment will open, allowing you to manage it directly:
