Connecting TikTok Ads to Zendesk

Our TikTok Connect by oapps.io allows receiving comments from TikTok ads directly in Zendesk. To connect your advertisement account please follow the steps below:

1. Visit Admin Centre -> Apps and Integrations -> Channel apps -> select TikTok app -> switch to Accounts tab -> click on Add account:
   
    
2. In the General settings select Advertisement account type and click "Continue with TikTok":
   
    
3. You'll be redirect to a TikTok Business page.
   Grant full permissions here and click Confirm:
   
    
4. Receive the verification code and confirm:
   
    
5. You'll be redirected back to the account settings, where you can select the advertisement account you want to connect:
   
    
6. Click Create at the end.
