If you don't receive comments from your YouTube account to Zendesk, please try the steps below to troubleshoot:

Re-authorize your connected account by clicking on "Reauthorization in Google" inside the connected account settings:
2. Select the right Google account (if you have multiple):
3. Grant all the requested permissions on the next step:
4. Select the YouTube channel and save the changes.
Test the app once again after the re-authentication. If the issue still persists, please reach out to our support team. Please attach a screenshot of the most recent undelivered comment along with a link to the corresponding YouTube video to the email, and we'll be happy to check the logs for you.
