• You have to be an Administrator inside your helpdesk.
• You must have an Instagram account with a Business type. More details on how to check and change the type of your account you can find in the article “How to change your Instagram account type to Business”
• You must have a Facebook page and it must be connected with an Instagram account described above. How to integrate them you can find in the article “How to link an Instagram business account and a Facebook page”.
• The application is properly installed. To get to know more please read the article “How to install an application from Marketplace”.

1. Ensure the prerequisites above are met.
2. Go to Zendesk Admin Center -> Apps and Integrations -> Channel apps -> Instagramer Suite -> Open the account you need  -> Press “Continue with Facebook”:
   
   

3. Select "Continue as..."
