FAQ: Are comments on collab posts supported?

In Instagramer Suite for Zendesk, we can only deliver comments for collaboration posts if your account is listed as the first collaborator (the username is on the first place).

This is because Meta considers that this post type has only one owner (the first username that appears). 

If your account is added as the second collaborator, comments from that post will not appear in Instagramer Suite, since Meta does not share them with secondary collaborators.
