- Enter your company details and click "Proceed to payment".
On the next step, you can use the coupon code NOCC to use the app card-free during a 14-day trial. - Open any Zendesk Support ticket, then locate the app in the ticket sidebar.
- Click "Connect with OAuth" > "Allow":
5. Enable web push notifications (optional) – After clicking the calendar icon, allow notifications if you want alerts even when your browser is closed.
Optional:
- Enable role and/or group restrictions if you want to limit access to the app to specific agents only.
- Enter Ticket Field ID where the scheduled date will be stored.
Ticket Field ID can be created in Admin > Objects and rules > Tickets > Fields > Add Text field > Save Field ID and paste it into the Resurrect Ticket settings:
