Once all the steps from this guide are managed and the integration is set up, you can start testing! Please keep in mind we can catch only bot messages - your created bot should be a part of a conversation. Personal messages (without a bot) cannot be pushed to Zendesk.
1. First of all, find your created bot. For this, use a deep link: viber://pa?chatURI=YourBotURI :
For example, we've created a bot "hikingtours" (bot name = URI), so the deep link for our bot will be the following: viber://pa?chatURI=hikingtours
2. Save this deep link somewhere so that it becomes clickable. Click on the deep link and you'll be re-directed to your bot:
3. Write any message to your bot and this messages should reach you Zendesk:
That's it! Your customers should also write to your bot, the same way you did just now.
