1. Install OAPPS for Viber from Zendesk Marketplace by clicking on "Free trial":
2. Navigate to Admin Center >> Apps and Integrations >> Channel apps >> Oapps for Viber:
3. Switch to Tab «Accounts» and press «Add account».
4. Fill the required fields and click «Save» after that.
- Account name. Use meaningful names for account names. They can be used later to customize reporting and various rules.
- Auth token. How to get a token look here.
That's all! The integration is created.
Advanced Settings:
- Tags:
Use tags for each account to configure the routing of incoming requests.
- Email notifications:
If you leave your e-mail address, the system will notify you in case of problems with the configured integration. We will send you a notification and you will not miss a message from your customers.
- Subject settings:
Set the subject length and format. By default, the first client message is used as the subject of the request. If you apply these settings, then the topic will be added with a prefix [V] and the subject text is trimmed to the value specified as the «Ticket subject length».
