FAQ:What if I reach message/account limit?

Instagramer Suite has several tariff plans with different limits:

1. First of all, you can check the current usage stats in the Instagramer Suite settings here:

2. When the domain used 80% of the monthly limit, we send notifications to your subscription e-mail.

3. Once the limit is reached, no further messages will reach your Zendesk until the limit is raised or the next billing month starts.

So how to expand the limits on the domain? 

If you're about to reach the account or message limit on the plan you're currently running, you can:

1. Upgrade the selected plan to a higher one with wider limits: How to upgrade my current plan for Instagramer Suite?

2. On the Leader plan use Leader add-ons for additional accounts or unlimited messages. Please contact us if you want to enable add-ons.
