Plan Upgrade

First method:

To change the current tariff plan visit Admin Center>>

>> in the "Apps and integrations" tab select "Zendesk support apps" >> hover your mouse over the app you'll be upgrading and click "Change settings":

On the page opened you'll see the plan you're running at the moment and will be able to change your plan, e.g.:

Second method:

Log in portal.oapps.io with your subscription e-mail and the "Forgot your password" option:

Find the app which plan you'd like to upgrade/downgrade and click on "Update plan":
