Now, when an Instagram users leave comments under your post, you can reply then in a Direct Message. Let's see how to do that.
1. Receive an Instagram post comment in Zendesk as a ticket.
2. Open "Apps" in the right sidebar of your Zendesk, find the Instagramer Suite app, and select the comment to reply to in a DM:
3. Click the arrow for replying via DM and a reply section will open:
4. After you click on Reply, a notification will pop-up confirming the action and the agent's reply will appear in the same ticket as an internal note:
Your client will receive this response as a DM:
