Our TikTok Connect application for Zendesk is available in three subscription plans: Beginner, Professional and Leader
Beginner plan
The Beginner plan comes for $14,99/month and allows connecting only one TikTok account with a turnover of up to 500 messages/month (both incoming and outgoing).
This plan doesn't support mentions.
Professional plan
The Professional plan costs $59/month and allows connecting up to 4 TikTok accounts, with unlimited messaging.
Leader plan
The Leader plan costs $118/month and allows connecting up to 10 TikTok accounts, with unlimited messaging.
Annual subscription is available only on the Leader plan.
