1:1 interactions can only be handled via bot.
So, first of all, you need to create a bot using @BotFather as described here: βπ How to set up Telegram integration with Zendesk?
Once the bot is created, add its token to the accounts inside Zendesk:
Next, find your newly created bot in Telegram and send it a message. This message should create a ticket in your Zendesk.
Please note: 1:1 (personal) conversations can only be handled via a bot. A bot must always be part of the conversation to deliver Telegram messages to Zendesk β except in the case of Telegram Business (Private) chatbot accounts.
