Please follow the steps below if you have already set up Telegramer according to this guide.
How to receive Telegram Channel Comments as tickets in Zendesk?
1. Create a public Telegram Channel:
2. Add your bot to your created channel as an admin [1] by clicking "Administrators" >> "Add Admin" and then create a Discussion Group for your channel [2]:
3. Visit your created Discussion Group and add your bot there as well:
Note: We're able to receive messages only via the bot.
So the bot should be added to your channels, groups and private
conversations if you want to receive tickets to Zendesk.
Now let's do the test! Write a post and add the comment to the created post. The comments should reach your Zendesk as a ticket.
Comments from different posts are pulled into separate tickets and appear as a thread.
How to reply to a specific comment?
First of all, enable this feature in Telegramer Advanced settings:
Now you'll receive tickets with IDs in them. To reply to a particular message, type id:
and press enter:
