Now you can add Bots to your Personal (Business) Telegram account to process customer interactions.
Business users can connect Telegram bots that will process and answer messages on their behalf. This allows businesses to seamlessly integrate any existing tools and workflows, or add AI assistants that manage their chats.
NOTE: When a bot is connected to a personal Telegram account, it can only process 1:1 (private) messages. It does not have access to messages sent in groups or channels. This is a limitation imposed by Telegram and cannot be bypassed through bot configuration.
