There's a limit of 4KB of text and 4096 latin characters that is set by Telegram native app. This means that if your reply message from Zendesk to Telegram exceeds 4096 characters, the message won't be sent. In this case, you’ll receive a notification inside a Zendesk ticket about the character limit being exceeded:
e.g. Unable to deliver message. Message is too long.
We’re working on improving the app to show a live character counter for agents when typing a reply. Optionally we'll auto-split longer replies into multiple messages (to comply with the 4096 character limit).
