Telegramer supports proactive messaging to your contacts and groups.
To send a proactive message from Zendesk, the following steps should be managed:
- A user, to whom you want to send a proactive message, should at least press on "/start" in your created Telegram bot (for personal messages) or in your Telegram group with a bot in it (for group messages):
This will help to remember this user on our end and you will be able to start sending proactive messages to him.
2. Click on the Telegram icon on the top panel and select:
- the account the message will be sent from
- the username/name/group name the message will be sent to:
3. Click "Create proactive ticket" and the ticket will be created:
