Ticket Exporting:
1. Press the "New export" button
2. Select "Export tickets"
3. The export options will open. Fill in the following fields:
- Date range (mandatory);
- File format;
- Zendesk group;
- Zendesk agent
- Tags
- Ticket type;
- Ticket fields (property);
- Ticket status:
4. Press the "Submit" button.
5. Wait for the system to complete the export. It may take a while depending on our servers load and your Zendesk plan. You will be able to download the file as soon as the export process is finished:
Optional:
- To delete files from our server choose the "Delete" option. Otherwise, we'll keep it on our server for 30 days.
- You have an option to repeat the same export.
