Advanced export allows you to export your help center content and media files to an HTML format for archiving, so you can browse help center content locally or easily publish it to the web.
Help Center Export:
1. Install π Advanced Export for Zendesk installation guide
with a Professional plan as described in this guide:2. Open Zendesk Support and click the left panel navigation button to open the app.
3. Press the "New export" button:
4. Select "Export help centers"
5. Select the brands whose help center you want to export and then click "Submit":
6. Wait for the system to complete the export. It may take a while depending on our servers load and your Zendesk plan. You will be able to download the file as soon as the export process is finished
Optional:
- To delete files from our server choose the "Delete" option. Otherwise, we'll keep it on our server for 30 days.
- You have an option to repeat the same export.
