Advanced export lets you export your help center content and media files to HTML for archiving, so you can browse the content locally or easily publish it to the web.
Help Center Export:
1. Install with a Professional plan as described in this guide: π Advanced Export for Zendesk installation guide
2. Open Zendesk Support and click the left panel navigation button to open the app.
3. Press the "New export" button:
4. Select "Export help centers"
5. Select the brands whose help center you want to export and then click "Submit":
6. Wait for the system to complete the export. It may take a while, depending on our server's load and your Zendesk plan. You will be able to download the file as soon as the export process is finished
Optional:
- To delete files from our server, choose the "Delete" option. Otherwise, we'll keep it on our server for 30 days.
- You have an option to repeat the same export.
