Installation
1. Install Advanced Export via Zendesk Marketplace
2. Fill in your bank details if it's a paid version:
3. Open Zendesk Support and click the left panel navigation button to open the app.
Exporting
1. Press the "New export" button
2. Select what you want to export.
Note: Help Center/Guide and Ticket Archives export is available only on the Professional plan. For more details click here.
3. The export options will open. Apply filters and press the "Submit" button at the end.
4. Wait for the system to complete the export. It may take a while depending on our servers load and your Zendesk plan. You will be able to download the file as soon as the export process is finished:
Optional:
- To delete files from our server choose the "Delete" option. Otherwise, we'll keep it on our server for 30 days.
- You have an option to repeat the same export.
