You can now mute specific posts to prevent their comments from being sent to Zendesk β for example, marketing contests, giveaways, or other promotional content.
Comments from the muted posts won't be sent to your Zendesk and won't count toward your subscription limit.
To mute a post:
- Click the Instagram icon in the top-bar. A list of your recent posts will appear.
- Click the speaker icon next to the post you want to mute:
Once the post is muted, no comments for that post will reach your Zendesk.
The post can be unmuted the same way.
