📈 How to upgrade my current plan for Telegramer?

Method 1:

Log in to portal.oapps.io with your subscription e-mail and the "Forgot your password" option:

Find the Telegramer app and click on "Update plan".

The available plans will open. Click "Select" next to the plan you want to upgrade/downgrade to.

Method 2: 

Via Admin Center >> Apps and integrations >> Zendesk support apps:

>> Hover your mouse over the app and click "Change settings":

On the page opened you'll see the plan you're running at the moment and will be able to change your plan:
